Congress needs someone with clean image: Manish Tewari on  Mallikarjun Kharge

Senior Congress leader Manish Tewari has spoken in favor of party president's candidate Mallikarjun Kharge, saying that the party needs a strong leader with a clean image, who can give "stability" to the party as president.
